At Sunshine Coffee, we believe your daily cup of coffee should bring more than just a caffeine boost, it should spark joy, warmth, and a little sunshine. That’s why we created a brand that’s here to brighten up your coffee ritual while doing good for the planet.

We're introducing a new kind of coffee experience: one that combines specialty-grade beans with 100% home-compostable capsules, fully compatible with Nespresso® machines. It’s our way of tackling the growing waste problem caused by traditional aluminum capsules, without sacrificing flavor and convenience.

But beyond sustainability, Sunshine Coffee is also about personality. We wanted to break away from the dark, minimalist branding that dominates the shelves. Our coffee feels relaxed, optimistic, and sunny, just like the moments we hope it creates.

Sunshine Coffee is the result of two longtime Belgian friends : Antoine (on the right) and Mathieu (on the left), finally bringing their shared love for coffee and sustainability to life.

During our studies, we always dreamed of starting something meaningful together. Tired of seeing waste pile up from aluminum capsules habits, we decided to act: find compostable capsules, source great coffee from a local Belgian roaster, and build a brand that actually reflects who we are and what we care about.

We care about the planet. We care about people. And we care about good coffee, the kind that makes you slow down, breathe out, and enjoy the moment.
